Product Return Policy
In case you change your mind about your purchase or are not satisfied with the products, you can have them exchanged or refund. We have a 30-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition
- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not damaged in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Not applicable to items that are stated non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Customers will bear the shipping cost for returns.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Refunds will take up to 14 working days to reflect on your original payment method or your Quarterly Affair credit voucher.
Missing, damaged, faulty and incorrect item?
We apologize for the faulty items and the inconvenience that comes with it. In a situation like this, please contact our Customer Service Team and let us make it up to you.
Let us know what is the issue with your order and include the following details:
- Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received
- Name of Item
- Order Number
If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. If items are not available (fingers crossed!) at the moment, we will issue a refund or a credit voucher.
